      <\/a>1. Customers Who Have Already Paid<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      <\/a>Step 1: Verify Payment<\/strong>
      Request proof of payment (screenshot \/ transaction ID).
      Confirm transaction in the Touch \u2019n Go merchant account.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Step 2: Acknowledge Payment<\/strong>
      Issue an Official Receipt to the customer (via email\/WhatsApp).
      Record payment in the accounting system (mark as \u201cPaid via Touch \u2019n Go\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Update Order\/Service<\/strong>
      Confirm the customer\u2019s order or service request.
      Notice the operations team that the customer is cleared for fulfilment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
