Client Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clarify to all clients that the early resumption was necessitated by service demand pressures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a tone of gratitude and professionalism in all external communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>2. Operational Readiness<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Immediately reactivate all suspended workflows, client dashboards, and inter-departmental communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that all service backlogs are addressed within 72 hours where feasible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>3. Conduct and Representation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uphold confidentiality and composure when discussing internal matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any press or media engagement must receive written approval from the Management Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a><strong>4.
