1. Price Stability During Economic Transition
LOUIS THAI maintained unwavering price stability for all ritual and spiritual products throughout 2025. Despite rising input costs in logistics, materials, and labour, the Group chose to absorb fluctuations, ensuring that long-standing clients continued to receive authentic services at familiar price points.
This move strengthened trust during a volatile period and reduced friction for repeat purchases, especially for clients on long-term spiritual programmes.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Price stability is primarily a retention lever rather than a direct revenue engine. It is expected to safeguard approximately 5% of 2026 group revenue by reducing churn and encouraging clients to renew or extend existing service packages.
2. The Launch of Z14 Dreams+
Z14 Dreams+ extends the “i-Individual” framework into the realm of dream intelligence. Through D01–D06 modules, clients receive structured interpretations, karmic insight, and practical coaching derived from their recurring or significant dreams.
Sub-Categories
- D01–D04: Dream Interpreted – decoding emotional, karmic, and subconscious signals.
- D05: Dream Investigation (Negotiation in Dream) – tactical lucid-dream guidance to resolve spiritual conflicts or debts.
- D06: Get Lottery Number from Dream – specialised interpretation to extract auspicious patterns and numbers.
In September 2025, the Premium Dream 14+ Suite was launched for the United States market as an enhanced offering built on Z14 Dreams+. It provides deeper multi-session analysis, extended follow-up, and integration with LOUIS Avatar 253XR for pattern recognition. Domestic clients in Malaysia or Thailand may access the suite upon agreement with U.S. pricing.
2026 Revenue Outlook: With recurring dream cases, premium tiers, and the U.S. expansion, Z14 Dreams+ (including Premium Dream 14+ Suite) is projected to contribute around 10% of total 2026 revenue, driven by high-value, high-frequency consultations.
3. Z15 – Rediscovering What’s Lost
Z15 supports clients who have lost valuables, documents, or emotionally significant items, using intuitive mapping, karmic tracing, and situational diagnostics. The service reinforces LOUIS THAI’s positioning as a “full-spectrum” life support system, not just a predictive oracle.
Beyond physical objects, Z15 also addresses “lost direction” or “lost motivation”, providing guidance when clients feel stuck or detached from life goals.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Z15 is expected to account for approximately 6% of 2026 revenue, mostly from urgent, time-sensitive cases and bundled support sessions following successful recoveries.
4. LOUIS THAI WHOLESALES MFG – Full Import & Export Control
The ritual product trade division has been centralised under LOUIS THAI Wholesales MFG, with full control over import and export activities. This vertical integration—covering sourcing, quality control, compliance, and distribution—reduces dependency on third parties and protects the spiritual integrity of each product.
By consolidating logistics and manufacturer relationships under one entity, the Group can scale volume sales to partners, temples, and regional distributors across Southeast Asia.
2026 Revenue Outlook: As wholesale flows stabilise and volume orders increase, Wholesales MFG is projected to generate roughly 18% of 2026 revenue, forming one of the Group’s largest single income pillars.
5. Bangkok–Kuala Lumpur Warehouse & Delivery Expansion
A dedicated logistics corridor now connects Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, including warehouse capacity and port services. This enables safer storage of high-energy items, temperature-aware handling, and faster delivery for regional clients.
The corridor also allows LOUIS THAI to test new distribution models, such as cross-border ritual fulfilment, limited-time offerings, and regional pre-orders.
2026 Revenue Outlook: While partly a backbone function, the KL–BKK corridor directly supports product sales and premium shipping options. It is expected to contribute about 8% of 2026 revenue, mainly through increased order volume and logistics margins.
6. Basic Professional Service Fee Introduction
Starting 2025, a nominal RM5.00 professional fee is applied to consultation sessions. Product prices remain unchanged. This fee reflects the professional time, research, and energy invested into every case, and helps sustain back-end infrastructure such as data logging, quality control, and training.
Though modest per session, the fee creates a consistent micro-revenue stream across the entire client base.
2026 Revenue Outlook: On an annualised basis, the RM5 professional fee is estimated to contribute roughly 3% of total 2026 revenue, acting as a stable baseline independent of product cycles.
7. Zero Tolerance & Ethical Governance
- Zero Tolerance Policy
- Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy
- Personal Data Protection Policy
These frameworks ensure that every transaction and ritual is conducted with integrity, clear boundaries, and legal alignment. While not a direct product, ethics is a core “invisible asset” that protects the Group from reputational, regulatory, and karmic risk.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Ethical governance does not generate revenue on its own, but it shields and amplifies existing income streams. Its impact is estimated at around 2% of 2026 revenue in terms of retention, risk avoidance, and client willingness to commit to long-term programmes.
8. Client Feedback Mandate
All clients are now required to submit service feedback within 6–12 months of purchase. This system creates a living database of outcomes, testimonials, and improvement points, allowing LOUIS THAI to fine-tune offerings and identify high-impact ritual formats.
Feedback loops also encourage clients to reflect on their own actions and homework, which often leads to additional consultations and deeper collaboration.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Through better product–market alignment and improved upsell logic, the feedback mandate is forecast to influence about 1% of 2026 revenue, primarily via upgraded service tiers and repeat bookings.
9. Data Transparency Commitment
LOUIS THAI has committed to gradually publishing aggregate performance data, such as client satisfaction ratios, resolution rates, and follow-up outcomes. This transparency sets a new standard for metaphysical service providers and allows clients to make informed decisions based on evidence, not only belief.
Over time, transparency also builds a defensible brand moat: the more data is published, the more difficult it becomes for non-serious players to compete.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Data transparency is projected to support roughly 2% of 2026 revenue, mostly from new clients who choose LOUIS THAI precisely because of its measurable results and honest reporting.
10. Zero Cash Transactions Policy
All payments now pass through traceable financial channels — bank transfer, card, or e-wallet — in line with AML and Anti-Corruption standards. This reduces operational risk and simplifies auditing and reporting for both the company and its clients.
Non-cash flows also enable easier integration with future digital wallets, reward systems, and cross-border settlement tools.
2026 Revenue Outlook: The zero-cash policy is expected to stabilise around 1% of 2026 revenue by reducing leakage, errors, and disputes around manual cash handling.
11. Business Partner Benefit
Registered business partners receive an exclusive 35% discount on LOUIS THAI Occult Necromancy Solutions services. In return, partners commit to volume, referral, or co-branding arrangements that expand the Group’s reach to new communities and geographies.
This structure transforms selected clients into long-term allies who help incubate new products and co-create campaigns.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Despite the discount, partner volume and referrals are forecast to generate approximately 7% of 2026 revenue, with strong potential for compounding in later years.
12. Communication Charges & Voice Recording for Quality Assurance
Service communications are billed on a per-minute basis, and—where legally permitted—voice interactions are recorded with consent for training and quality assurance. This ensures that advice is consistent, auditable, and aligned with internal standards.
Structured communication charges also encourage focused, high-quality discussions rather than casual, unfocused messaging.
2026 Revenue Outlook: Communication fees are expected to contribute roughly 4% of 2026 revenue, forming a healthy side-stream alongside core consulting and ritual income.
13. 50% Discount for Thai Nationals & Malaysian PR Holders
This discount policy reinforces the cultural bridge between Thailand and Malaysia, making high-touch spiritual services more accessible while nurturing long-term loyalty from both communities.
Strategically, the discount acts as a “front-door gesture” that leads to deeper, higher-value engagements such as extended karmic programmes, dream work, and long-term destiny planning.
2026 Revenue Outlook: After accounting for the price reduction, this initiative is projected to contribute about 3% of 2026 revenue, largely through repeat clients and word-of-mouth referrals within the Thai–Malaysian network.
14. Referral-Only Admission Policy
From 2025 onwards, 90% of new clients are required to enter via referral from existing clients or trusted partners. This creates a selective, values-aligned ecosystem and significantly reduces the risk of misaligned expectations.
Referral-based growth tends to produce higher lifetime value per client, as trust is pre-established and the relationship begins with a strong reputation layer.
2026 Revenue Outlook: The referral policy is anticipated to drive around 9% of 2026 revenue, mainly by securing high-quality new clients who progress quickly into premium-tier programmes.
15. Establishment of the IICU
The Inspection and Investigation Case Unit (IICU), personally overseen by Mr. Louis, examines complex or disputed cases to ensure fairness, accuracy, and karmic responsibility. IICU decisions are guided by documented SOPs and a balance of spiritual and practical reasoning.
The unit acts as a safety valve for the entire ecosystem, demonstrating that the Group takes every complaint seriously and is willing to investigate in depth.
2026 Revenue Outlook: By preserving trust during sensitive situations, IICU is estimated to influence roughly 2% of 2026 revenue in the form of retained clients and preserved high-value relationships.
16. LOUIS Avatar 253XR
LOUIS Avatar 253XR is the Group’s first digital human ambassador, blending AI, XR, and spiritual logic. It supports educational content, preliminary consultations, and future interactive experiences where clients can explore scenarios, ask questions, and receive guided prompts.
Over time, the avatar will also function as a data engine, helping to analyse patterns in dream reports, karmic histories, and ritual outcomes.
2026 Revenue Outlook: As 253XR is activated into more client flows—especially in Premium Dream 14+ Suite, educational programmes, and pre-consultation triage—it is projected to contribute around 10% of 2026 revenue, both directly (paid experiences) and indirectly (conversion uplift).
17. Mobile Application Launch
The LOUIS THAI mobile app offers instant booking, case tracking, real-time notifications, and a structured feedback channel. It acts as a “remote control” for clients to manage their spiritual journey without being tied to any single device or physical document.
- Instant booking and session reminders
- Digital feedback forms and case updates
- Future integration with loyalty points and digital warranties
2026 Revenue Outlook: With improved accessibility and push-notification campaigns, the mobile app is expected to generate approximately 5% of 2026 revenue, mostly through increased session frequency and reduced no-show rates.
18. ESG Commitment: ZERO Paper
In 2025 LOUIS THAI reached a Zero-Paper milestone, migrating operational documents to secure digital platforms. This move reduces environmental impact, improves archival safety, and enables advanced analytics on previously “offline” processes.
Zero-Paper also prepares the Group for future ESG reporting expectations, where traceability and document history will play a major role.
2026 Revenue Outlook: While primarily an ESG and efficiency measure, the Zero-Paper programme is expected to influence around 4% of 2026 revenue through time savings, reduced error rates, and the ability to scale without proportional increases in administrative cost.
Closing Message
2025 will be remembered as the year in which vision and execution fully converged at LOUIS THAI International Group. Under the leadership of Mr. Louis, all eighteen (18) initiatives announced at the end of 2024 were delivered as promised — not partially, not “in beta”, but fully and operationally integrated.
The projected revenue contributions for 2026 — from Z14 Dreams+ and Premium Dream 14+ Suite, to Avatar 253XR and the Zero-Paper ESG transformation — are intentionally diversified. No single initiative dominates the portfolio; instead, each acts as a strand in a carefully designed ecosystem, supporting both financial resilience and karmic responsibility.
As we step into 2026, LOUIS THAI reaffirms its commitment: to enlighten, to innovate, and to serve — with clarity in numbers, integrity in action, and compassion at the centre of every decision.
