Terms and Conditions

You hereby acknowledge and agree that your use of the product/service sold by us is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs, losses or liability associated with the product/service sold by us, and that we shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of the product/service.
All payment charges are due in full upon purchase. If you have failed to make any payment to us as indicated by us, we would interpret it as you have no interest in the service, consultation and/or product.
Certain products offered may have limited quantities. All sale of products and services are final.
Refund will be offered by us for any services or products purchased.
(a) According to Law of Malaysia, Consumer Protection Act 1999 (“CPA 1999”) Section 17(a)(b)(c) cancellation of service or product which is service without starting, service without done yet, service or product without implement, refund will be;
(i) charged 5% of payment price; or
(ii) the cost of any goods the client used or is keeping; or
(iii) the portion of the full contract price representing services received by the client
(b) Refund is only applicable before the commencement of the service starting or before the shipping out of the product.
Any All-consultation services are provided on a one-time payment basis with a free follow-up consultation within 30 days from the date of service. Except “Personal Flexi Plan Fortune Consultation Service” only within 7 days from the date of service are able free follow-up consultation, otherwise should be re-purchase for consultation service.
We hereby declare there is no guarantee that any services provided and/or products purchased would bring about the same mystic abilities as envision by you. We however pledge to provide advice and carry out the blessings and ritual to the best of our ability and to ensure that the procedures are properly and ethically done.
All products sold by us (including but not limited to amulets, talisman, relic, scrolls, charm, etc) are designed to look as realistic as possible in which it has an appearance that is so realistic as to make it indistinguishable from reality. While the product is presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, any representation made is for reference only and implies no warranty as to the characteristics of the purchased products.
You may opt to pay for our services via instalment for orders exceeding 5,000.00 MYR. The payment shall be cleared within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued by us.
(a) If you have failed to make payment by the agreed time, we shall be entitled to claim for late payment interest of 10% per annum on any overdue payment. (Ref: Article 5, Clause 4, Section 14.).
In otherwise, we entitled to claim the interest rate of 38.5 % per month on overdue payment under MSIC 96094 sales invoice. (Ref: Enforceability of Late Payment Interest Clause).
Accordance to the regulations Law of Malaysia of Section 61(2)(a), (b) Sale of Goods Act 1957, Section 11 Civil Law Act 1956 and Financial Services Act 2013, Moneylenders Act 1951.
We accept payment in the form of Online Banking to Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd (1433631-V).
All payments are to be made in advance prior to commencement of work and work will be undertaken upon receipt of payment.

All refunds will be payee in cheque. A RM1 processing fee and administration management fee will be charged.
Payment of this invoice decision making consider between seller and purchaser, who is not a party to these invoices, Term and Conditions has no right under The Contracts Act 1950, Rights of Third Parties Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions.
