Reassure clients that all pending services and projects will resume promptly after the intermission. - Operational Protocol
Ensure that all client files and internal records are securely backed-up before the pause.
Avoid making external announcements or commitments without written approval from the Management Office. - Confidentiality and Conduct
Maintain discretion and professionalism in all communications.
Do not discuss or comment on internal matters on social media or public platforms.
Reopening Preparation
Department Heads (if there any) must submit a post-intermission readiness plan outlining pending tasks and client follow-ups.
Key personnel are to remain reachable via official channels for urgent communications.
