LOUIS THAI INTERNATIONAL GROUP SDN. BHD. (“the Company”) announces that Dr. Steven Kok Hao Wan has resigned from his position as a Director of the Company, with effect from 3 July 2026.

The relevant notification of change in the Register of Directors has been duly lodged pursuant to Section 58 of the Companies Act 2016.

The Company records its appreciation to Dr. Steven Kok for his contribution and professional input during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The change in Board composition does not affect the Company’s ongoing business operations, client services or existing commitments. The Company will continue to operate in accordance with its established management, compliance and decision-making processes.
