1.1. 查收发票 Receive Your Invoice

您将通过以下方式收到您的发票（Invoice）You will receive your invoice via one of the following methods:

• 电邮 Email
• Business WhatsApp / Telegram
• 网站订单后台 Website order dashboard

1.2. 核对信息 Verify the Invoice Details

• 客户名称 / 公司名是否正确 Customer name / Company name
• 商品或服务明细是否齐全 Product or service descriptions
• 金额与币种（MYR/USD等）Total amount and currency (e.g., MYR, USD)
• 发票编号（Invoice Number）与开立日期 Invoice number and issue date

1.3. 价格确认 Confirm Pricing

• 请确认是否包含：服务费、运费、税务（若适用）Check whether service fees, shipping, or taxes are included
• 若有任何疑问，请在付款前与我们联系 If you have any questions or need adjustments, please contact us before making payment

💳 Step 2 Choose Your Payment Method  选择付款方式

⚠️ Effective May 20, 2025, Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd no longer accepts cash terms included (CIA, COD, CWO), cheques, or any offline payment methods. All payments must be made via approved online methods (e.g., bank card, electronic transfer) through our Webapp (https://louisthai.com). This policy enhances financial transparency and prevents corruption, in compliance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and the Anti-Corruption Act 2018. For details, refer to our Terms and Conditions (known as “CTCA 2025 Edition 2.0”) Ref. (Article 21, Clause 54).

3.1.1. 请确保金额与发票完全一致Ensure the payment amount matches the invoice

3.1.2. 汇款时请填写备注栏：Invoice编号 / 姓名 Add a note or reference: Invoice Number / Your Name

3.2. 上传付款凭证（若需要）Submit Proof of Payment (if required)

3.2.1. 可通过以下方式发送截图或收据 Send payment receipt or screenshot via
