Terms and Conditions for Warranty Products

  1. Warranty product is a product of Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd part of the product and property.
  2. Warranty products provide the warranty service to Louis Thai’s clients to enjoy the benefit of the service extension.
  3. Warranty product selections are subject to variation from time to time.
  4. The provision of Warranty products advertised is subject to availability purchased for clients.
  5. Clients are able to purchase as much as they need for the Warranty product, we have no stock limit and no limit for purchasing quantity.
  6. One of the Warranty products only provides a warranty for one of your services that you had purchased, single service with single warranty protection only.
  7. Extra purchase of Warranty products, there is no protection of the warranty from the second warranty. Which means you buy 3 warranty products, doesn’t mean you have 3 times of warranties, that is considered a single warranty.
  8. Warranty Product will expire. Its life started count on the day of you purchase it, expired on the type of warranty product that you selected. .
  9. To get lower prices of warranty products are available only if you’ve pre-purchase them together with your service in the beginning.
  10. Continue with Lower prices you may single purchase or/and separate purchase of Warranty products may only be allowed within 5 hours from the first service payment time.
  11. Otherwise, more than 5 hours prior, you must pay the price difference which is higher than the original paid.
  12. The bank transaction slip is proof of purchase of a first service, and must be presented to the relevant staff to redeem the original warranty product price. No other document of redemption will be entertained.
  13. Louis Thai International reserves the right to substitute any component of warranty product or change the recipe or specifications of Warranty products.
