SECTION 4 STORE TERMS
The online purchasing and consultation service is provided by us to better serve you whereby you can reach out to us for the consultation service via Facebook messenger chat, Business WhatsApp chat, or Phone call.
SECTION 5 GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
All payment charges are due in full upon purchase. If you have failed to make any payment to us as indicated by us, we would interpret it as you have no interest in the service, consultation and/or product.
Certain products offered may have limited quantities. All sale of products and services are final. No refund will be offered by us for any services or products purchased. Any All-consultation services are provided on a one-time payment basis with a free follow up consultation within 30days from the date of service.
We hereby declare there is no guarantee that any services provided and/or products purchased would bring about the same mystic abilities as envision by you. We however pledge to provide advice and carry out the blessings and ritual to the best of our ability and to ensure that the procedures are properly and ethically done. We also ensure transparency in our pricing of the services and products offered.
SECTION 6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The services provided and products purchased are “AS IS” and without any warranties, claims or representations made by us of any kind either expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the services and products including without limitation, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, nor are there any warranties created by course of dealing, course of performance or trade usage without limiting the foregoing and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable whether in contract, warranty, tort (including without limitation, negligence (whether active, passive, or imputed) product liability, strict liability or other theory), or other cause of action at law, in equity or otherwise, for:
- Loss of use, profits, revenues, data and/or good will (in each case whether direct or indirect)
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services or products including without limitation any damages resulting therefrom, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages
You acknowledge and agree that your only right with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the services is to request for termination and/or discontinue any use of the services and product.
Nothing in these terms of service shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability on the part of us that cannot be lawfully limited and/or excluded.
SECTION 7 WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS
In the event whereby there arise any dissatisfaction with the blessing or ritual service which we have completed, you may exercise your right of filing a written complaint with us by way of WhatsApp, Official Email Address or Facebook Page Messenger no later than 21 days from the date whereby the ritual service has been carried out by us. All complaint must come with a strong justification. In the event whereby we are satisfied that the complaint is reasonable, we may exercise our discretion to schedule a one-time ritual or blessing at our expenses (FOR CERTAIN RITUAL ONLY). You have the right to decline the redo of the ritual or blessing.
For purchase of products offered by us, any dissatisfaction which arise can be made with us in writing by way of WhatsApp chat, Official Email Address or Facebook Page Messenger within one day (24 hours) from the date of receipt. If the product was damaged because of our negligence in the assessment of the product condition, we will at our expenses exchange the product by either replacing the product with a new and/or undamaged product.
SECTION 8 ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- All products offered are price-labelled.
- All products and services is payment in advance only deliver our services, all payment charges are due in full upon purchase. If you have failed to make any payment to us as indicated by us, we would interpret it as you have no interest in the service, consultation and/or product.
- All prices for services offered are subject to personal request from you and we reserve the right to not disclose the price for any service enquired if there arise reasons to suspect that you are doing a market survey from competitor.
- All prices quoted by us are stated and payable in Malaysia Ringgit and may be subject to any government tax which shall be reflected in the invoice issued by us. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or via online transfer to the bank account designated by us. Our company banking details is as follow: –

You must provide us with the transfer receipt or payment transaction reference for verification purposes through Whatsapp or Facebook message as payment confirmation. If payment confirmation is not received by us within three (3) days, your order will be cancelled.
- No discount shall be applicable in the event you have decided to prepare the materials needed for blessing or ritual.
- An extra charge of RM200.00 shall be applicable for the materials needed for Witthi 9 Level Ritual Blessing and Witthi 9 Hong. This charge is only applicable for Malaysia branch.
- Friends and family member are not entitled to enjoy any FREE services and products provided by us. Discount will be acceptable upon request to top management and decide it.
For international buyers (out of Malaysia), the prices quoted are subject to foreign transaction (FX) fee and delivery depending on the current market price.
SECTION 9 INSTALMENT PLAN
You may opt to pay for our services via instillment for orders exceeding RM2,000.00. The payment shall be cleared within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued by us. If you have failed to make payment by the agreed time, we shall be entitled to claim for late payment interest of 10% per annum on any overdue payment.
SECTION 10 VARIATION OF SERVICES AND NAME
You are entitled to choose a different service and/or make changes to the name submitted to us prior to the commencement of the ritual or blessing. No further request of changes will be entertained by us once the service has been commenced.
SECTION 11 DELAY
In the event the performance of the service and/or delivery of the product was not done within 48 hours (2 business day) starting from the date of purchase, you may submit a written request to us to cancel your purchase within 3 days from the promised date. We shall fully refund the amount paid by you within a reasonable number of days with the same method used to make payment. Alternatively, you are entitled to replace the service or product with a replacement of the same amount you have already paid. If the alternative chosen is of a higher price, you are required to top up the shortfall amount whereas no refund will be provided by us for any alternative chosen which is of a lower price.
SECTION 12 EXCLUSIVE REFUND
Refund is only applicable before the commencement of the service starting or before the shipping out of the product. All refunds will be payee in cheque. A RM1 processing fee and management fee will be charged.
NOTE: Refund approval will be take within 48 hours (2 days) expect weekend and Malaysia Public Holiday, and will be deposited into to your bank account via cheque payment. All service and product refund only applicable in Malaysia bank. For oversea customer request for refund will bear on third party transaction charge fees, processing charge fees, currency charge fees.
SECTION 13 SPECIAL WARRANTY (FORTUNE SERVICES ONLY)
You are provided with the option to top up an amount of RM10.00 or RM50 for the purchase of a special warranty plan when you are purchasing services in relation to fortune from us. This plan is not entitled to any changes in name or refund. This warranty is applicable for 60 days and 6 months from the date of the service rendered.
SECTION 14 DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
We using third parties shipment delivery service company provide to local and international location, facilitate service will be shipped to you.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, address is unable to change the shipping address.
All delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery shall not be the essence of the contract. In no circumstances shall we be liable to compensate you in damages or otherwise for non-delivery or late delivery of products or any loss suffered by you.
SECTION 15 SERVICE CENTRE
- Any visitation to our main service centre is strictly by appointment only and no one will be allowed to walk-in or enter the premise without a confirmed appointment made.
- A maximum of 2 person only is allowed to enter the premise during the confirmed appointment slot.
- Any children who enter the premise must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- You are requested to respect the ambiance of the centre by ensuring that you will not cause any sound pollution and to always keep your personal devices on silent mode.
- All personal items are brought on the premises at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for stolen or damaged belongings.
SECTION 16 HEALTH DECLARATION FOR THAI TATTOO (SAK YANT) AND GOLD NEEDLE (TALISMAN PRODUCT)
You are required to declare to the best of your knowledge any health condition that may increase the risk of infection and/or if you have a permanent/impaired immune system, skin diseases or allergies prior to receiving Thai tattoo (Sak Yant) and Gold Needle (talisman product) from us.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the applicable data protection and privacy law. The personal data collected by us includes the following but not limited to: –
- Customer name, birthdate, age, address
- Contact information
- Customer biography
- Payment information
- Health information
- Family member information
- History information
- Statistical data
These data are process in order to ensure compliance with the local law and to manage our systems and finances, to conduct investigations and to exercise legal rights. If you do not wish for us to collect your personal data, you may opt out at any time by providing us with a written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon discovery of data breaches, you may submit a written notification to us at email@example.com whereby we shall review your request within a reasonable number of days. If complaint is found to be justified, we shall take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue including, where necessary, amending its procedures and practices.
SECTION 18 DONATION
LouisThai International may offer the opportunity for loyalty customer to contribute money donations for LouisThai company for company continuity to run the better service provide for next generation.
All donations only allow directly transfer / deposit into LouisThai International Group Sdn Bhd bank account, we do not allow contribute money donations to our staff or employee to avoid corruption ethical issue. Money donation are non-refundable, money donations will be issue donation receipt.
SECTION 19 ACCEPTANCE
Use of this website, Facebook or others communication applications, wireless devices or letter writing.
In this regard, Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd, we reserve the right to NOT reply your message for any service / product requiring and without any reasons.
SECTION 20 TERMINATION
You agree that LouisThai International, in its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend Your use of the Website / Official Social Media, and the LouisThai Systems, LouisThai Information, Services and Contents at any time and for any or no reason in its sole discretion, even if access and use continues to be allowed to others.
Upon when you are suspension or termination, we will immediately discontinue your use of the Website, and all the social media.
SECTION 21 GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Malaysia.
SECTION 22 VALIDITY AND AMENDMENT
This terms and conditions shall come into effect on 05 April 2023. Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd may amend these Conditions without notice in accordance with the procedures prescribe.
None of our agents, employees or representatives has authority to alter, modify or waive any provisions of these customers Term & Condition Policy.
Where the relevant provisions of these Conditions concerning the enquire until purchase stages or any our business activities and service guarantees are inconsistent or conflict with the laws, regulations, or governmental decrees of the relevant countries that are currently in force or will be promulgated in the future, then the latter shall prevail.
