PROMOTION DEC 2023 REFERRAL PROGRAMME YEAR-END EXCLUSIVE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Promotion T&Cs”) 

  1. This Exclusive Promotion DEC 2023 Referral Programme Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 09 December 2023 to 30 December 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The Promotion is only open to existing LouisThai’s customers of Louis Thai International Group (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (‘Company’ or ‘Us’ , ‘We’, ‘Our’) who:
    1. had a minimum of one (1) purchased service with the Company before; and 
    2. during the Promotion Period may refer of any family member and friend (hereafter, ‘you’ or ‘Existing Customer’) refer to us before or during Promotion Period.
  3. Prior to apply promotion to the us, you must:
    1. consent to us disclosing your name, birth date, and personal face picture;
    2. obtain the consent of such personal information to your provision of the personal data relating. You should also inform each referred individual of the purpose. The purpose is to use your or their personal data by providing it to us for run the ritual service;
    3. inform, and obtain the consent of, such referred individual to our representative, manager, customer service officer or person in charge, contacting them via Whatapps app and messenger app; 
    4. inform the referred individual that a reward will be accorded to you if these promotion Term and Conditions are mention.
  4. Promotion claim will be considered successful when:
    1. the promotion is made during the Promotion Period; 
    2. the Individual (‘Customer’):
      1. is at least 18 years old as at the date of shown on Identity Card. Driving license or relevant document issued by government department; 
      2. Malaysian citizen only;
      3. existing customer; if / or you are not existing customer, you may fulfil below requirement (iv) such as;
      4. purchase a minimum one (1) any service from us during promotion period, if / or you are new customer;
      5. no purchased minimum amount required; and
      6. no purchased minimum timeline; and
      7. minimum purchased service timeline not exceed promotion period (‘30 December 2023’); 
      8. maintains (1) the Promotion Date relationship established under these terms; and
    3. it is made in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
  5. A Existing Customer who are not entitle;
    1. has terminated any relationship as a LouisThai Loyalty member, black listed from Louis Thai Customer list, and banned Partnership, holder before the promotion period date from the date of commencement of the promotion period; 
    2. maintains or had maintained a good relationship with the Company and/or any other LouisThai Group entities before the promotion period date from the date of commencement of the promotion period; or
  6. Each Existing Customer who has made a successful promotion claim will receive discounts as the discounts (‘Discounts’). Discount means will be applied automatically upon purchase of the specified service. The discounted price cannot be converted to cash or credit for future purchase.
  7. No maximum quantity and no minimum cost spending of customer individual request to purchase the promotion service during promotion period.
  8. If more than one (1) ritual service Existing Customer purchase for Individual purpose is eligible. In the event of any dispute, the Company shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine which Existing Customer eligible entitled to purchase more than one (1) ritual service during promotion period;
    1. strongly not allow Existing Customer resale promotion service product to third party;
    2. multiple purchase for own ritual service is allow; and
    3. multiple purchase of ritual services under individual name for family member and friend are allow
  9. The Company reserves the right to:
    1. reject to issue payment invoice to any of the Existing Customer, or not accepted to make a transaction with us or (without notice to the Existing Customer) the value of any cost paid under this promotion, the Company determines that any of the requirements or the terms of our agreement had not been complied with, including but not limited to the following:
      1. Existing Customer has acted fraudulently or dishonestly; 
      2. Existing Customer had conducted yourself in bad faith or otherwise in an inappropriate manner to gain an unfair advantage against the Company; 
      3. upon the occurrence of any event giving rise to a right for the Company to suspend or terminate any (or all) of our agreement for a service, as set out at our Customer Terms and Conditions
  10. The Company reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the promotion. The Company’s determination of all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
  11. The Company further reserves the right to do any of the following at anytime without prior notice:
    1. make any changes to the promotion and/or replace the discount numbering percentage (‘Percentage %’) with another reward of equivalent or similar value of ritual service; or 
    2. vary, modify, add, delete or otherwise revise any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, including termination or withdrawing the promotion, or to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time at the Company’s Sole Direction, with or without prior notice or reason. You understand and agree to be bound by any variation to these terms. 
  12. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Term and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these Promotion Term and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
  13. These Promotion Term and Conditions are to be read together with our Customer Terms and Conditions Policy that apply to the relevant service and product. Including but not limited to Company Terms and Conditions (collectively, “Standard Terms”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and the Standard Terms, these terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
  14. Promotion offered may have limited quantities. All promotion sale of products and services are final. No refund will be offered by us for any services or products purchased.
  15. A guest, person, partnership and etc. who is not a party to these Promotion Term and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act 1999) to enforce any of the Promotion Term and Conditions.
  16. The Promotion Term and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia.
