External Announcement (For Clients & Public Release)

Dear Valued Clients and Partners,

We hereby announce that due to an exceptionally high volume of client requests and escalating operational demands, LOUIS THAI International Group has been compelled to conclude its Business Intermission earlier than initially scheduled.

This decision, taken under pressing circumstances and in consultation with the Board of Directors, Stakeholders, was made to ensure that the needs of our clients are met with responsibility, agility, and respect for service continuity.

Accordingly, the organisation has officially resumed full operational mode, reinstating all service channels, client correspondences, and corporate commitments as of 03 November 2025 Monday, Local Time 13:00 (GMT+8).

While this acceleration was beyond our intended timeline, it reflects our unwavering dedication to our community’s expectations and our belief that trust and service must always prevail above convenience.

We thank every client and partner for their patience, confidence, and overwhelming support during this transitional period. The Management extends its gratitude to all staff members whose commitment has made this transition possible under intense external pressure.

We are now moving forward — stronger, faster, and more resolute in our mission to deliver excellence without compromise.

Warm regards,

The Management

LOUIS THAI International Group
