Notice of Customer Service Delay

SUNWAY CITY, KUALA LUMPUR: To all concerned parties (hereinafter referred to as “New Clients” and “Guests”), this customer notice (the “Notice”) is issued by Louis Thai International Group Sdn Bhd (the “Company,” “Us,” “We,” “Our”). We hereby announce a temporary delay in our fortune consultation service due to a high volume of clients and current staffing constraints. This delay will remain in effect until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This decision was made by the Board of Directors (the “BoD”) of the Company.

The delay will commence on February 21, 2024, at 10:00 (GMT+8), applicable in the Malaysia and Hong Kong time zones, and will impact both local and international new clients and guests.

Please be aware that our ritual services will continue to operate as usual, and the delay will NOT affect existing clients’ fortune services.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates on any developments.

This Notice is issued in accordance with Part 4, Code Compliance by Service Providers, Section 1.0(f) of the Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM) 2023.
